News from the stand of product layouts

Taking into account the need of the market for the production of mine turnouts and a custom-made manganese mining, the plant produced a turnout type P24 grade 1/2 gauge 600 mm Dn 944 which was previously manufactured by enterprises of Donetsk region. Switch transfer Type P24 ,mark ½  gauge 600mm on metal plates    The turnout is designed to provide rolling stock from one track to another in the underground, in pithead buildings, and on the surface of the mines where mine trains are operated. The turnout is placed on metal plates with subsequent welding of special terminals to these plates. Rail Exhibition Rail Expo 2017

On October 24-25, PJSC «DnSZ»   took part in the first Ukrainian specialized railway exhibition Rail Expo 2017, where they presented their products, held meetings with partners and potential customers. The exhibition was attended by more than 400 companies from 26 countries, and also visited Anatoliy Girshfeld, executive director of the National Commission for Industrial Policy at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Viktor Galasyuk, head of the Supreme Council of Ukraine on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship, Viktor Dovgan, deputy of Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

News from the layout of the cross-over

In October 2017, a curved cross-over P65 type with axes R 150 m and 185 m was made. ЧАО “TAKO” sent the appeal to the plant about the development of the project and the manufacturing of a special curved cross-over which is necessary for the reconstruction of the international seaport of Odesa. In order to accomplish this task, the plant provided a scheme for cross-over of two curved tracks with a radius of 150 m and 185 m. After the approval of the technical specification, the design documentation was developed, the model equipment was made, the program of processing crosses on the WZ machine was developed and the cross-over was made. After the layout and the acceptance of the item by the commission, it was shipped to the customer for laying out.

Switch Commission Session

On December 9-10, 2015, a meeting of the switch rail commission was held at PJSC "DnSZ". According to the results of the switch commission, a protocol was drawn up, which reflects the directions for solving those issues that were discussed at the meeting. The main ones are: - operational durability, analysis and measures to increase the service life of point rails and stock rails (change of construction, modes of heat treatment, use of rail lubricators, installation of counter rails); presentation of methods for calculating the laying of turnouts in curved sections; analysis of the draft sectoral program; presentation of plasma thermal hardening technology of rail elements; methods of stabilizing the gauge in the front part of stock rails and other issues.
