JSC "DnSZ" provides services for the design and manufacture of technological, model, and core equipment for various casting methods, using modern software (SolidWorks, LVMFlow, PowerMill) and equipment manufactured in Italy, equipped with CNC systems. The equipment can be made from the following materials: Wood (pine) is considered a classic, lightweight material that is easy to process. Therefore, model-core equipment is often made from wood. Only high-quality and perfectly dried wood is used for the production of model equipment. Plywood – is a multi-layer building material made by gluing together specially prepared veneer sheets. The increased density of plywood is achieved by the perpendicular layering of each subsequent veneer sheet relative to the previous one. Model plastic of various densities (from 500 g/cm3 to 1400 g/cm3). Unlike wood and plywood, model plastic has a homogeneous structure and high performance characteristics. Making casting molds from plastic is mainly used for the mass production of castings. Equipment made from model plastic is used for both manual and machine molding. Composite material in any combination of wood, plywood and plastic. The maximum dimension of a part processed in a single setup is 4500x1300x300 mm. The process of manufacturing model equipment includes the following stages: 1. Receiving technical specifications or drawings from the customer. 2. Development and approval of foundry technology: 3.
